On the Nose
Orange zest and white chocolate lead the way, layered with vanilla bean and soft, fresh pear. A gentle wave of rye spice sits underneath it all. It smells like a rye that hasn’t fully settled yet — young, bright, and still full of character.
On the Palate
The palate opens with delicate fruitiness before giving way to a full-bodied burst of spice, rounded out by allspice and cinnamon and balanced by a pleasant dryness. The mix of ages does the work here — youthful energy from the estate rye meeting the depth of much older stock. The finish brings white pepper and oak spice, staying light but surprisingly long for a rye this approachable.
