Boizel Brut Réserve is the signature non-vintage Champagne from Boizel, a long-established family Champagne house based in Épernay, France. According to the house’s official technical details, the cuvée is made from 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 25% Meunier, with 40% reserve wines incorporated into the blend and around 4% reserve wines aged in foudres. It is aged for 3 years on the lees and bottled at 12% ABV, with a dosage of 7 g/L, positioning it as a classic brut with both freshness and texture.
