Created as a tribute to the mythical jackalope, Bourye expertly blends mature straight bourbon and straight rye whiskeys, all aged for a minimum of 10 years, to create a whiskey that showcases the best characteristics of both styles. The result is a remarkably balanced sipping whiskey that combines bourbon’s rich sweetness with rye’s vibrant spice and complexity.
Bottled non-chill filtered at 46% ABV (92 proof) in a 750ml bottle, Bourye features a carefully crafted blend of sourced American whiskeys, with the exact proportions remaining a closely guarded secret.
