🛍️ Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Returns are only accepted for in-store purchases unless otherwise stated
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or tampered bottles
- Items sold on promotion or clearance
- Gift cards or store credit
- Perishable items
💳 Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund
- If more than 10 business days have passed, please contact your bank or card issuer
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged? We’ve got you covered.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or a full refund
- Please include photos of the damaged items when reaching out, if possible
